The Fall River Visitor Center just outside Rocky Mountain National Park is the only one open during the government shutdown. Your first stop should be the Quarry Visitors Center from where you can access the main attraction at the park, the Quarry Exhibit Hall, built over the Carnegie Dinosaur Quarry.
